Strategic Partnership & Commercial Guidelines

1. Introduction & Objective

  1. These Guidelines govern all commercial interactions, partnerships, collaborations, and advertising arrangements between CareerDiksha ("We", "Us", or "Platform") and external entities, brands, creators, or advertisers ("Partners" or "You").
  2. Our primary objective is to maintain the integrity of our educational content while providing valuable promotional avenues for relevant partners. By engaging in any commercial transaction with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Guest Posts & Promotional Articles

  1. Turnaround Time (TAT): After the payment is confirmed and content is approved, the standard time for the article to go live is 24 to 48 working hours. We do not entertain urgent requests unless a "Priority Publishing Fee" is paid.
  2. Mandatory Reciprocal Backlink: Upon publication of the article on CareerDiksha, the Partner is contractually obligated to feature the live article link on their own official website or media platform. This link must be a "Do-Follow" hyperlink pointing back to the published content on CareerDiksha.
  3. Zero AI Tolerance: We strictly do not accept 100% AI-generated content (e.g., ChatGPT direct copy). All articles must be human-written, unique, and pass our plagiarism checks. If caught, the content will be rejected without a refund.
  4. "Sticky Post" Upgrade: Standard promotional posts move down the timeline as new content is published. If a Partner wishes to keep their article pinned to the top of the Homepage or Category Page, a separate "Sticky Post Fee" applies for a fixed duration (e.g., 7 days or 30 days).
  5. Anchor Text Control (SEO): To prevent spam penalties by search engines, CareerDiksha reserves the final right to decide the "Anchor Text" (the clickable words) for the backlink. We do not allow over-optimized or spammy anchor texts (e.g., repeating "Best Casino" multiple times).
  6. One-Time Payment Model: We operate on a strict "Single Time Payment" basis for guest posts and promotional articles. Once the agreed fee is cleared, no recurring charges will apply for the maintenance of that specific post.
  7. Lifetime Retention (Current Management): We guarantee that paid promotional articles and guest posts will remain live on CareerDiksha for as long as the website is owned and operated by the current management.
  8. Merger & Acquisition Disclaimer: In the event that CareerDiksha is acquired, merged, or sold to a third-party entity, the guarantee of "Lifetime Retention" ceases to apply. We do not guarantee that promotional content or backlinks will be retained by the new owners, and the current management shall not be held liable for any content removal or policy changes initiated by the new entity following the transaction.
  9. Content Guidelines: Submitted articles must strictly align with the topics and niches listed in our official Categories List. We reserve the right to reject content that falls outside these categories and to edit headlines for SEO and tone consistency.

3. Social Media Collaborations & Influencer Policy

  1. Scope: This section applies to influencers, creators, or educators collaborating with us for content on Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, or other social channels.
  2. Copyright Transfer: Upon the successful completion of the payment to the influencer/creator by CareerDiksha, full intellectual property rights and copyright ownership of the created content (video, image, reel, or text) are automatically and irrevocably transferred to CareerDiksha.
  3. Usage Rights: After payment, CareerDiksha retains the exclusive right to repurpose, edit, boost, or redistribute the content across any platform without requiring further permission or paying additional royalties to the creator.
  4. Deliverables: Creators must adhere to the script and guidelines provided. Any deviation requiring re-shoots due to negligence will be at the creator's expense.
  5. Social Amplification Add-on: Publishing a Guest Post/Article on the website does not automatically include sharing it on our Telegram or Instagram channels. Social media amplification is a separate "Add-on Service" and is chargeable additionally unless specified in a bundled package.

4. Advertising & Sponsored Content

  1. Disclosure: In compliance with legal regulations, all sponsored content will be clearly tagged as "Sponsored," "Partnered," or "Ad" to ensure transparency with our audience.
  2. Prohibited Categories: We strictly do not accept advertisements or partnerships related to gambling, betting apps, adult content, tobacco/alcohol, or potential financial scams (e.g., Ponzi schemes).
  3. Creative Rights: For banner ads and pop-ups, the Partner is responsible for providing high-resolution creatives. We reserve the right to reject creatives that disrupt user experience or violate Google AdSense policies.

5. Content Partnerships (Revenue & Tracking)

  1. Cross-Promotion Requirement: The Partner agrees to provide a valid "Do-Follow" Backlink from their official domain to CareerDiksha. Failure to provide this reciprocal link within 7 days of the campaign live date may result in the removal of the partner's content from our platform.
  2. Revenue Models: Partnerships may be structured on CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CPI (Cost Per Install), or Revenue Share models as mutually agreed in writing.
  3. Tracking & UTMs: Partners must provide distinct UTM-tracked links or a dedicated dashboard access to CareerDiksha to ensure accurate tracking of clicks, leads, and conversions.
  4. Dispute Resolution: In case of a discrepancy between our click data and the Partner's conversion data, the Partner agrees to provide a detailed audit report within 5 business days to resolve the issue.

6. Payment Terms & Refunds

  1. Advance Payment: Unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract, all promotional fees must be paid 100% in advance before the content goes live.
  2. Payment Modes: We accept payments via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, or PayPal (for international clients). Cryptocurrency is not accepted.
  3. Non-Refundable: Once a promotional post, ad, or social media campaign is live, fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only processed if we fail to publish the content within the agreed timeline.
  4. Taxes: All quoted prices are exclusive of GST or applicable taxes, which will be charged additionally as per government norms.

7. Indemnification & Liability

  1. Partner Responsibility: The Partner warrants that any content, links, or creatives provided to CareerDiksha do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  2. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareerDiksha, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any legal claims, damages, or penalties arising out of the content you provided or the products/services you promoted on our platform.
  3. Limitation of Liability: CareerDiksha is not liable for any direct or indirect commercial loss (e.g., lack of leads/sales) resulting from the advertisement or partnership. We promise visibility, not conversion.
