Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit

1. Maximum Age: Candidates must not exceed 35 Years of age as of the interview date (05 March 2026).

2. Educational Qualification & Experience

1. Mandatory: General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) and/or Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM).
2. Desirable Skills: Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email. The ability to apply Cusco’s Speculum during screenings is highly preferred.

Remuneration & Job Tenure

This is a fixed-tenure contractual job for 15 months from the date of joining. The monthly salary is fixed based on experience:

1. For Freshers: ₹22,000/- per month (Fixed)
2. With 2+ Years Experience: ₹25,000/- per month (Fixed)

Roles & Responsibilities of Project Nurse

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring patient eligibility and enrolling eligible women into the study.
2. Collecting medical history and maintaining proper documentation of medical records.
3. Performing cervix screenings using the Smart Scope device and applying Cusco's Speculum.
4. Evaluating screening endpoints and maintaining tracking of all clinical consumables.
