How SSC Calculates Normalized Marks?

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) uses a mathematical formula to ensure fairness across multiple shifts.

M_ij: Your actual marks.
M_iq: Average marks of your shift (Crucial Factor). If this is low, your marks increase.
M_gq: Average marks of all candidates across all shifts.
